I had a mixed experience at Bianca Resort. While the food was outstanding at breakfast and dinner, and the pool was a fantastic place to relax, the service left a lot to be desired. I had a frustrating experience with the staff, and it definitely felt below par for a four-star establishment. Overall, I would recommend it for its great dining and amenities, but not without caution regarding service.
